We are currently experiencing an outage; our network engineers are in the process of working to isolate the trouble; until we isolate the problem we do not have an estimated time of restoration.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will update this post as we learn more.
Customers in the Walden Way neighborhood may be experiencing an outage. It appears that our cable was damaged by another provider's contractor. We have a crew out there who will be working on making repairs. They will need to repair the conduit and replace the fiber. After they are done, splicers will need to do the actual splicing. We don't have a time for restoration at this point.
A total solar eclipse happens when the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, completely blocking the face of the Sun and causing the sky to darken as if it were dawn or dusk. Today's total solar eclipse will be visible in parts of Mexico, the U.S., and Canada. The next time a total solar eclipse will be visible within the contiguous U.S. isn’t until August 23rd, 2044.
